Did act 6 already get a nerf?

Hi all. So I figured I’d stroll in to 6.3 today which I never did. I noticed the attack values weren’t as high as I thought. Did some research and it turns out, they were higher. Is this something they changed a while ago or recently?

    Looks like a global node has been removed. Did Seatin show the nodes in his vid?

    There is one less global node, it seems. Don't know if that change was recent or not

    Didn't they nerf something in act six when it was releasing or am I imagining things?

    the 200% attack boost is what's missing from global. i'm not sure when they removed it but it isn't part of the "nerf"
