Ghost phase removing DoT debuffs considered purifying them?

As the title says, is removing DoT debuffs like poison, bleed, etc using phase considered purifying them? this is important as it determines whether she is viable for the new AW path 9

Yea I think it would count, but if you bring hood, you won't take the damage. However, once the new stubborn defense tactic kicks in, it seems like Ghost will be practically unusable in war.
