Venom in 5.3.3 power locked just below 1 bar of power

The node debuff is to lock at 1 bar of power. The whole way through 5.3.3 I could get to 1
Bar of power and then lock. For some reason venom locked me just below 1 bar of power (and I ended up losing voodoo as a result bc I eventually got cornered).

Then went in with drax and there was no problem reaching the 1 bar of power (and locking there)

great.... so above and beyond the block damage you take, I have that to look forward to. I have only done 5.3.1 so far
