Does Deep Wounds give more PI than Assassin? It does or doesn’t, please tell me how much PI it gives.

    Why pi matter for you? Assassin is way more usefull in Mcoc than deep wound (because all champ can get benefit from assassin)

    Ehh I think it also depends on the type of champs you play though.

    If you have alot of bleed champions then it will effe t your PI the most otherwise not.
