Rank up need help.Pushing for uncollected

I am currently pushing for uncollected.I have got some champs to rank up but don't have much resources for everyone.Which champ will help me most in chapter 5.(I can only take 5 star to rank 3)

Warlock is really good for a lot of stuff in game, I would do him
