I go to fight a opponent in the normal difficulty and my champion fights automatically
Lvl 17 no auto fight unlocked

It's quite annoying really

    Do you have multiple accounts ? AUTO-FIGHT status for Normal level quest might have been in local device storage from your other account.

    Others have said Auto-Fight was still ON even though their Summoner Level in 2nd account is not high enough to turn it on/off.

    Go back to main account, and turn it OFF in those same quests, then go back to 2nd account and see if fixed.

    Unfortunately it doesn't work
    I've turned off auto fight in my main, no change
    Uninstalled no change

    Beginner difficulty is fine, no problem there
