Event quest not able to complete exploration due to a bug

I just am on exploration of event quest but I am not able to move in the tile of Cyclops in the pic pl check it

Is not a bug. You need to see the direction the lines are going.
Defeat SIM, then go to cyclops. Thats how you do it
