So with new AW starting looks like the top 20 alliances still won't face each other and continually face weaker alliances to keep their win streaks.

ANYTHING GOING TO BE DONE ABOUT THAT COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE FROM KABAM? KINDA NOT FAIR!
