    Maybe a stolen APK update, if it’s not in official Google Play store yet (or otherwise bypassing Google Play on certain phones whose countries have not allowed Play) ??

    And is that how re-downloading as a fresh install works, instead of just the Progress Bar along bottom of screen when doing Update (which could never proceed before until that Bar Update finishes). Or is that dialog screen the method for Updates in general now ?
