Howard's Thunderquack Not Interrupted by Stun [Under Investigation]

The description of Howard's signature ability states the following:

"...the Loader console... has a XX.XX% chance to trigger a Self Repair or a Thunderquack. BOTH effects last 7 seconds and are interrupted if Howard is Stunned."

Yet a Thunderquack remains on the attacker even if Howard is Stunned. I have tested this a dozen times in duels against a 4/55 5* Howard and the Thunderquack stays on my champion after successfully stunning Howard. Please advise if this is working as intended because it does not match with the description of his Signature ability.

    I believe that how its supposed to work

    You need to stun them before it starts unlike healing

    @Kabam Vydious is there any update here? This bug is especially detrimental to the player in 5.3.2 where Howard is the boss. It cost me multiple revives over my 5 runs through the quest for exploration.
