Electric fluctuations is reducing the duration of your power gains. It reduces the duration enough that you don’t see the buffs appear, but the text “power gain” does.

There is something wrong with vision aarkus, even when I fight him with bwcv and use my sp2 he keeps getting power gain, supposed to be buff immunity, not only does it not nulify the ones he has, he keeps getting more even when it's up. Any news on that @Kabam Miike

No, I think electric fluctuations 3 reduces buff duration by a flat 5 seconds. I believe Dr Doom’s stolen power gains are 3 seconds long.

Are you sure that aarkus isn’t shrugging off your buff immunity?
