Accidentally ranked up guardian so early SOLOs werent out...anything i can do?

Hey. I ranked up guardian as soon as he came, but didnt notice the SOLOs were not there, and have now missed on the rank 2 one since he is rank 4. anything i could do??

I think the only way would be to sell him and try over again when you get the next guardian?
