Darkhawk synergy buged

in Bugs and Known Issues
I used Darkhawk with Guillotine 2099 for A.I UPRISING in The island for d.r M.o.d.o.k after the new update V27.2 And on a Caltrops node by Dashing backwards i didn't get 70% bar of power.

    Kabam nerfed it now it has 15 second cool down between each activation

    That's true. The change went into effect pretty shortly after the synergy became available to players.
