Precision and cruelty mastery

Does precision and cruelty mastery apply only to champs with critical hits or does it apply to all champs.
Also which champs can do crit hit.

Precision increases chance that a hit is Critical. Cruelty then increases the damage done when the hit is critical.

Most champs can hit critical, just depends what their Base Stats list for chance % (Crit Rating = Precision) (Crit Damage Rating = Cruelty), as well as some synergies (and these Masteries) can increase that % chance and damage amount.

Very few champs are either always or never critical.

Corvus is always Crit (before his 20 initial charges run out), and then never Crit (after that, until timer resets, or after being knocked down for short while).

Crossbones never Crits (he instead gets Fury when he “would have” Crit).

Pretty much any champs can do criticals. If the champ description specifically say "this champion doesn't crit on basic attacks" or something close to that, then they will crit. Precision increases the chance for a hit to be critical, while cruelty increases the damage bonus for a critical hit

You’re welcome. Once you have enough Units to unlock both Greater Cruelty/Precision, rank those up (just leaving 1 in Lesser nodes of those).
You want at least 4/5 (or even 5/5) in the Greater versions.

For newer players, those make the BIGGEST DIFFERENCE (well, in addition to Parry).
