I got scammed a 5 star Sunspot

I received a 5 star sunspot on one account and then I checked my champions list and he was not their. How do I get him back?

You will need proof you actually got him, this is why I screen shot nearly everything. I remember once I logged in and my account had 0 champs no resources, nada as if it was a new account but was still saying I was level 60. Luckily I forced closed, prayed to the kabam gods and when I re opened it was all there again. F knows what happened but I screen shot nearly everything since that
