Aegons stun duration varies

I've been using Aegon to farm potions as usual in RoL, and before the update Aegons sp3 stuns WS long enough to get three combos in.
after the update the stun duration after a sp3 is reduced drastically and you'll struggle to get two combos done in time.
the weird thing is that the duration isn't the same every sp3, sometimes it is longer allowing for 3 combos.
very clear when you fight in RoL spamming sp3's

It’s not the update it’s all to do with the combo you have built. Sp3 stun time increases by 0.1 seconds per hit on the combo meter upto 7 seconds

He has more stun duration for combo, if you rush to a special 3 against ws and immediately use it it won’t be at max duration. Or if you lose your combo

funny I've never picked up on that before.
maybe I've been at a higher combo when using a sp3 pre update
