Nick Fury Increased Firepower Synergy Broken

Nicks synergy with Black Panther is supposed to grant a crit rating BUFF but instead it shows up as a passive ability, so either the wording in his synergy is wrong or the ability is triggering incorrectly.

You're complaining that it's not a Buff? Why though? Being Passive stops it from being Nullified, if you forgot you had it and entered a Symbiote Supreme Matchup you'd take some immediate Unavoidable Damage, also it's not a particularly good Synergy Boost so I don't get why you are taking it so seriously with all the examples.
Also an Incorrect Description doesn't make it "Broken", it's called Simple Human Error...

About Passive Buffs, they don’t really exist for players as it leads to confusion over in game interactions. Although the language confuses players look at Annihilus‘s sig ability...

The language for Nick Fury it likely a remnant of the changes made to his synergies after his release, the heal was an actual buff but had some interactions that were not accounted for so it was changed to a passive effect; the same probably happened to the crit passive/buff but the language was not updated.
