Is Hulkbuster in LoL buffed according to the recent update?

    Nope. Many champions are still the same as their previous states (Red Hulk, Old Man Logan to name a few). I think this would be the same.

    Champions in lol rol and abyss who get buffs have animation changes if there are any but never ability changes
