Is Capt.Marvel (Movie) nerfed ??

From this July update I have noted that after captain marvel enters binary form her binary charges fall very fast. Is it bug or nerf.

did you stop using the nick fury synergy? she's one of my most used champs and I use her with and without fury. seems normal
