She hulk possible bug?

I don't know if it's just me but I think she hulks furys are not working while hitting but when she receives hits she gets furys. After many combos I didnt get any fury, I figured I would come here to see if it's a common issue.

Yes I know but I think there may be an issue where she isnt getting any furies while hitting the enemy
