Awakening gem missing.

So I bought the 4000 unit deal for an awakening gem crystal , a 5* nexus and other rank up stuffs. I got everything mentioned apart from 5* awakening gem in the bundle . I raised a ticket and mailed kabam regarding this issue but still haven't received any explanation from support team (apart from we will get back at you within 24 hours and it's been above 40 hours now).
