Elsa degen bug

Description says that if Elsa is hit with a bleed debuff, non-mutant champs suffer a degen. This isn't happening. I have on suicide masteries and fighting in the new event quest and enemies are not hit with a degen effect. I had to waste a revive just to verify this

    well if you wasted a revive to verify this you could have recorded video evidence too haha
