nah imiw is fine. maybe increase the debuff and plasma duration a little but he's still good

why cyclops only in update? The only useful ability he has is locked with sig.

Lol IMIW is a god tier arguably even a beyond god tier champion. He can literally clear Abyss bosses faster than almost any other champion and has very good utility. Yeah he has a high skill cap but he's really fine as he is

They did, via the Stealthy synergy. I'm surprised that more people who have Stealthy haven't r5ed or r2ed IMIW more. You get his utility with an AA like DOT that you can refresh indefinitely with enough skill.

I think Classic Cap Marvel should be in overhaul. She has almost nothing in her Abilities.

Rocket is pretty good already

He doesn’t really offer much besides decent damage and there’s certainly better damage dealers about. He’s a fast champ, sure but in a class packed with some of the best damage and utility options in the game does he even make into the top ½ of the tech class?

- classic cap wont get overhaul since have new cap marvel with insane abilities,so update on her fury numbers,like if she gets even stacking 2-3 furies,its good enough, more absorption of power is great, sig ability may need some update though
- not sure how do you think rocket is good,he has decet damage,ok crit rate but nthing else,even with huge damage rampup Starlord isnt even considered great tech champ, Rocket is like now bottom 5 tech champ ,he needs update on numbers ,also his sig ability is partialy out of date after 12.0
- IMIw is pretty good with his overall kit! he is still the most tanky champ till date and has great damage with high skill cap,kinda like annihilus ,anihilus has great kit but hard to get damage out unless played perfect, ge could have used extra duration in stifle but we all know he or imiw wont!
- kamala is in tune up becase currently she has abilties mot listed in her kit like nullifying every buffs with specials ,so if they keep that ability it should be added in her abilities page, faster gain rate of fury on heavy,few defensive abilities like autoblock or evade since she can do that as per her abilities in comics with her rubbery limbs
- both cyclops only in update cause they already think he is "great" so we can atleast hipe he gets larger number and duration on armor break, base stat increase, and so on

faster fury gain for kamala would be appreciated, but honestly that’s not for tune up. Update if anything is where she should go.

But then why does Cap America get an overhaul when there's already an insane Cap America? It would just make sense for both to either be on the update list or the overhaul.

I agree with most of this, but Nebula doesn't need anything imo, Beast may need a tune-up, but not an overhaul. Not very well-versed with him, but I know @Lvernon15 ranked him up and he has a synergy that gives him some really solid damage. And Phoenix is showing up in 2 spots.

Yeah, with the Elsa synergy his damage isn’t half bad, but he could do with a few changes, make it so his sig doesn’t have a cooldown and make his bleeds stronger, maybe make his power control all forms not just hits and then he’s a pretty solid champ
