Missing Bonus Items From Unit Purchase

Missing the bonus crystals and shards from the Peter parkers wallet unit pack which I bought during the current sale. Purchase went through, I received my units, however the bonuses are nowhere to be found, and my purchase limit didn't even change after buying so I can't help but feel like those rewards aren't about to show up any time soon on their own.

Yes I've tried closing and reopening the app. It's been nearly 12 hours since my purchase at this point.

Also been well over 24 hours since I reached out to support now. Am I seriously the only person to experience this issue?

If you've already sent a ticket to the Support Team, we'd just ask for a bit of patience while they work to get back to you.
