Symbiote Supreme Bleed

Anyone else noticing SS’s bleed not activating until his special 3 is used? I’ve read through and it should be activating without.

His bleed doesn’t activate if he has no genetic potential. His sp3 gives him 100 genetic potential.

He needs genetic potential, if it’s at 0 you get no bleeds
