Morning star capture soul fading away

I can’t capture a soul if not sp3 knockout. If opponent have health left after sp3 . Capture soul. Fade away. I am trying to issue a bug report but don’t know where to report. I have video can’t able to upload it.

You have a damage debuff on you, that’s causes it to count down. How do you get MS to r5 not knowing that?
