These guys are applying hardly any debuffs in Map 5 AQ this week.
Anyone else noticed this?
Seems like they might have been tweaked to prevent willpower healing.

    Well, I mean...it does have a CHANCE to apply on NON-CRITS. RNG problem maybe?

    Maybe, that's why I've posted on here to ask if others have noticed a difference.

    Yeah seems ok today. Probably just 4-5 fights of weird RNG.
