He benefits hugely from his Awakened ability. He gets a big damage boost, faster debuffs and long-lasting reversal of heal and power gain.

I wouldn't spend T4CC on him unless he's Awakened or crucial to a synergy team. So not past 4/40 or 2/35.

Once he's Awakened, he becomes amazing, though...
