I think this is best for Balance Alliance war and Alliance quest At a same time.
Like this player Can burn there Energy Both Side At a same time Which Would be So useful for players to log in one time for burning there energy in Alliance War and Alliance Quest.

Its Also Reduce Stress to log in too much time for both side with different Energy Cap.
