Hey, I can't seem to get the kind of support I need, can a mod contact me, please? It's getting annoying, my discussion about this was deleted. I need a human advice, not an automated response.

Nothing the community can do. They banned me, and won't tell me why. I haven't even been playing much last month. And I don't use the chat, so it can't be about offensive language.
And apparently, a permanent ban, which makes it worse.

We do not discuss bans or actions taken on individual accounts in the forums. If you have received a permanent ban, it is because an investigation on your account has determined that you have violated the ToS. Spamming the forums or the Support team will not change this.
