Which mutant to rank 5?

Some information on my account. I have completed Act 6, but will wait for the nerf to start exploration. I have a R5 Domino and AA. I don't run suicide.

I can't decide which mutant to rank that would help me in Act 6 exploration and for AW (tier 4 but only 1GB and not serious). I have some generic sig stones that I can get close to max sig.
