Can't Log In It's Nothing To Do With The Known Crashes

SO basically when I open Mcoc it loads up and then says failed to Log in Retry so I tried but it keeps saying it. is anyone else having this problem? (I am on chrome but it normally works)

Is it because your devices are no longer supported (too old of OS, or only 32-bit system) ?
Has this been all month long, or have you been able to run the July game version already and now is some new login problem ?

It isn't my OS. The account was there a few days ago and then it started to go in and out rapidly so I deleted the app and reinstalled it and now all that shows is a new gamer account. Even when I log into my kabam account this still keeps appearing and my WildBill55 game does not reappear. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times and this beginner account still appears. I have submitted several tickets and have tried to get kabam's help but no one seems interested in trying to fix this problem.
