Domino VtD ability accuracy synergy

Anyone have experience with it? I decided to try it out. It gives +35% ability accuracy during special attacks. Domino's L3 has a 74% chance to bleed so +35% = 109%. Even if it's multiplied it would be 74*1.35 = 99.9% chance.

I took her and VtD to WS and my first L3 did not bleed so I'm suspecting it isn't working as intended
