Can't login after update

Cellular or Wi-Fi: Both
Game Version: 27.2.5 plus OTA Update
Since receiving the OTA update today, I can't log in at all. All I get is the connecting to server message. I have cleared my cache, rebooted my phone and reinstalled the game, still not able to connect. This has been over 2 hours now
