I have also been playing for a very long time and have never even got the chance to get one out of a crystal now I'm to the point where I am starting to,hate the game, please let me know for any further information.

I used to think the same thing now I have 54 4* and 11 5* I get atleast a 4* a week now

Probably of opening a 4* from a PHC is about 1%. It took me about 4 months to get one from a crystal.
