Why does he even exist?

His abilities section doesn't even need a scroll down. I was so hopeful of spinning a 5* crystal (I've tapped open all others of mine), and i could see nick, HT, imiw and many decent others.. Right when i thought it would stop at voodoo, it didn't move any further and stopped right there at IP. Lol. Its so depressingly funny.. I wish i could sell him XD

he’s one of the first champions that was released so naturally he’ll be outdated and unused. but that’s a good thing for you because it almost certainly means he’s gonna get a total rework like colossus, just be patient and i’m sure he’ll get tweaked to be a good champ
