arena rank rewards

didn't get arena rank rewards but they told me that i came 6-10

    Which arena, one from days or week ago ? (and looks like you are in Beginner or Intermediate brackets ?? 0-30 days or 30-60 days playing. No 6-10 reward in 60+ Veterans bracket).

    Did you claim Rewards from Stash, and so when looked at Mail Msg afterwards the reward in Mail is then not part of the mail anymore (because you claimed from Stash) ?

    i checked the stash and the mail but nothings there
