New Alliance announcements

This is a very very minor change but I still think it would be a cool idea if whenever an alliance member completed a story milestone (proven, uncollected, etc) it would be announced in the alliance. I thought it could be announced the same way it is when someone starts matchmaking or opens a 3* or above, and be something like “(insert username here) has defeated sentinel and become cavalier”

    Nice idea. Similar to how we only knew when someone defeated ROL because the 3 (semi worthless) champs showed up in the Alliance Pane (although it didn't say who actually accomplished it).

    Would actually like the actual Crystal Openings to say WHO got them too.

    And let’s remove lower 3* crystal openings from Ally Pane (and maybe 4* as well if Kabam can somehow tie the Pane to an Ally's rating to show Star level openings that are appropriate for an Alliance).
