I am looking for the best options for havok, I do not have warlock or doctor voodoo.
I have Angela but I don't know if it will be enough

    Colossus,Warlock, Guillotine 2099, Hulkbuster, Angela,Omega Red,Venom.

    You have to play aggressive with Warlock, Guillotine 2099 and Hulkbuster they have single armor and there is crumble armor node so you have to play aggressive with hose champions.

    Havok and collosus are probably the best counters possible. Hype also works quite well

    Corvus worked for me. Just take your time and abuse the aspect of evolution node (or whatever node that increases his power gain rate on reaching a special attack bar).

    Eventually you will be able to push Havoc to a sp2 on a 5 hit combo, and spend your glaive charges for them to recharge
