Arena Crystal Bug

I spent some of my chips on two arena crystals just after I received my War rewards. I clicked to open them both and got this error. I also have that war gold issue going on. I never was informed of any rewards either.

I know about this but the arena chips are from aq. Unless I missed something about the crystals in that thread.
