Mysterio reflection not working?

I haven't used him in questing for a while, but I've noticed that Mysterio's reflection isn't working. Get 3 poisons stored, sp1, take some damage and expected the damage to be reflected. This is no longer happening. Given that this is a big part of his skill set it hampers him enormously.

I could not see this raised elsewhere, please delete/merge if it's a dupe.

    Hey there, do you have any video of this that you could share? Or would you able to tell us who you were fighting, what mode you were in, or what nodes were active at the time?

    He will only reflect damage from attacks that land on him. It won't work with other damage that isn't dealth that way

    It might have been the node, where you fighting a namor or an omega red?
