Energy Suggestions

I can wait 15-20 minutes and move one spot on some quests and it ruins the flow of the game. So my suggestion would be making energy waiting times shorter, making energy consumption less, so it only takes 1 energy and this is only when you fight another champion, I also think energy refills should be purchasable with 1000 gold.

If you buy the sigil, the energy recharges 1 minute faster.
You can buy refils for 30 units, but isn't worth it unless you are trying to speed run something
