Apology not enough

last time when there was issue with AQ we didnt get any compensation even tho it happened in last hour of AQ. Now everything you are going to do is move AQ to start next day? Im sorry but that is not how serious people deal with stuff that is their fault. Apology for inconvinience aint gonna do it this time.

It's at the start of AQ and day 1. It's not in the middle of the cycle or at the end of a day of AQ. Put your pitchforks away. It's not that serious.

Tbh they are restarting the series from tomorrow, which I can’t remember them ever doing before (could be wrong) so if they refund tickets to everyone who spent them and any potions/revives used (although people shouldn’t have needed them for 2 fights) then it’s probably fair

I like free stuff as much as the next guy but in this case starting the series from scratch is a decent compromise for the issues

As always, compensation will be determined after we had time to collect data on how it affected Summoners. First and foremost, we know that this affected those that run Maps 6 and 7, and that we need to return their Tickets. Other factors may appear, but we haven't looked into those yet.
