A idea for a Civil Warrior.

If you read my current post "Once again Civil Warrior" then you probably seen this in the comments just fyi. Ok Civil warrior is a good champion but lacks the damage output so what if his Signature Ability were to change into one where for every permanent armor up he does an extra X amount of damage. Also for a extra buff he could take the permanent armor ups from the previous match and either take all of it and have it for every match after that match or take all of the permanent armor up and turn them into regular armor ups for the beginning of the next match as a passive. I prefer the second idea for the passive and I think the new signature ability would improve him a lot. If you have a different idea please share it and what should the New signature ability be called I'll take 5 of the names that have the most like or agrees and make a poll to vote
