AQ 766 ticket refund confusion

We run 2 bgs of map 6 and 1 map 7. I'm confused about whether or not the map 7 players qualify for a ticket refund at the end of each AQ cycle. Does anyone else have this situation and know how this is handled?

Yep! They are because there is still a discrepancy between the cost of Map 6 and 7.
