Yes there are some short comings, sever maintenance etc. But it happened once before and Kabam compensated pretty well. so Calm down and stand with kabam, Hope everything will work out well

Been around long enough...been through this before. (I remember a December a couple years ago that was as bad as this) It sucks, but Kabam will figure it out. I am not going anywhere.

Not disagreeing with you, but for me...knowing what is causing the problem doesn't mean much. It wouldn't change how long it takes for them to fix it.

I'll definitely stick around. Things happen. It's how they handle things once it gets back to being stable. That is what makes it worth staying because they do understand that the reason we get so upset is because we care and are invested in their game.

We have passion for the game and are proud when we accomplish things. It's just frustrating when things like this cause unfair things to happen to times events which is why I think AQ and possibly War should be cancelled and just give rewards we earned last week in AQ and War season end where we are now.

Hope the compensation isn't a 4*, 5* crystal, as RNG will screw us all with meme tier champ..

I hope they genuinely take time and solve this issue, iam personally not in a hurry and the best compensation for us will be making this game enjoyable and not lengthy and boring.. having 8-12 lanes for same quests is honestly boring.. moreover pls upgrade each AQ Map rewards, Map6 doesn't even offer 50% of amount invested to buy tickets.

For example around 120000 gold for 15 tickets and in return we get 7000 gold with 0 battle chips

Also I raised a concern to rerun alliance brawl reward option but they didn't even paid heed to my concern. AQ day 1 offers us Alliance Brawl Content which offers us 10% 20% champion boost, which is the most expensive boosts in the game and very helpful In Various content of the game.. but due to day1 sudden closure, none of us could even get those boosts

They’re either having server/hardware issues, or a software update has caused problems, or their datacentre has connectivity issues, or it’s a DDoS.

I feel it's hardware failure issue which is causing their software to crash

Honestly, this is my biggest issue with them. Not the bugs, but the lack of communication and transparency. I understand things are messy and hectic right now but at least do us the courtesy of acknowledging what's going and tell us how you're working it out.
