But I want to ask the people first. Should a council be elected to lead the way taking insight from the rest of the people or should we all just lead as one unified group?

The Council, we need Insightful Brethren to lead in insightful ways. And I congratulate all of those who were that that fateful day of July 3rd to see this glorious Empire rise from nothing. One unified group. I see no need for a council when are already doing work without their guidance. Suggestions have been put forth and we have responded.
Besides, councils can be restrictive. No restrictions shall fall upon this thread, lest we lose many of our good people.
