Hypes gets a good benefit from his awakened ability, but I don’t think it’s worth a generic at this point in your roster. Havok’s awakened ability is more annoying than anything else offensively, but is good to have on defense.
You are better off saving it for someone like Ægon, Archangel, Omega, or the likes.
