How about replacing Arena with Daily/Weekly Quest?

As Arena is temporarily shut down, I have an idea:
Grinding Battle Chips from Arena is kind of repetitive in this game, but it’s pretty important for the players who are seeking Golds and Units for future contents or Special Events. At the same time, the daily quests are not attractive any more, I think the last time I played Daily Quests for rank up materials could be back to the time when my account was Lv40+ (A year a go?)....
I am thinking that if it is possible to generate daily/weekly quests particularly for Units or Golds? I know we have Gold Boost Events sometimes, or gold quests for VIP players. How about extending these special events to free-to-play players?
Just a rough idea, welcome any alternatives or suggestions😄
