Delay in compensation

Whatever they r going to give as compensation can be given within 2 or 3days.
Why are they delaying to 2weeks.

Because the game is still broken. They will fix, then compensate. And the longer/worse it’s broken, the better compensation we get, so rushing to compensate before the game is fixed means we could be missing out on a better payout

They never said it would be 2 days. They have to fix all bugs before they compensate

Just relax, they need to get the servers fixed first and then decide how much compensation they will give. Just be patient, this isn't an easy time for them either.

It isn't that simple, they never gave us a time line, you just need to wait till everything is fixed and for them to decide what they feel is appropriate

They never said two weeks. They said they were aiming for later next week. As was mentioned, the first thing involves resolving the issues. Then they have to assess the effects of what took place.

What do you want? A rubbish compensation that isn’t accurate to what we lost in 3 days, or a good compensation that makes up for everything lose successfully in a week? I know my choice

Hey there, the compensation will be measured based off of the impact these issues have had on players. We won't be able to get a complete measure of this impact until things are returned to normal. While we are working as hard as we can to make sure things can go back to normal as soon as possible, we'd prefer to give a timeline or estimate at a time where we can feel more confident that this can be done in a way that is accurate and reliable for the community.
